Well you could take his energy engine away for a short period of time with Atrophy = For 3...6 seconds, target foe's primary attribute is reduced to 0. (10 energy 1 cast 20 recharge)

Then get through any stances with

[skill]Rigor mortis[/skill]

The only way this would work is if they are not paying attention to the hex and start spamming the high energy skills

I don't say that my build is better than Crip Shot. Indeed Crip Shot is good for most melee/touching type of players. If you read from the earlier, I suggested "Can't Touch This" skill and everyone start flaming on me for no dam reason beside saying noob which is not a reason (well maybe because you are 14-17 I take that.)

NO, they can not use Throw dirt. Why? Because you have "Can't Touch This." And I believe Throw Dirt is a touching skill! And you can say the R/N just spam 3 other touching skills then Throw Dirt. 1st, it will take at least 5-8 sec for them to do so, 2nd they will waste their own energy, 3rd since they touch your bear, they have to touch you another 3 times. Which is about 10+ sec since they have to run into you. Do the math 10 + 8 = 18. You have 2 sec more to re-apply the "Can't Touch This". I doubt if R/N can kill you!

And I believe you can heal your pet.

Bad side about Crip Shot is that blind can screw Crip R up. Plauge Send => Throw dirt? yes I know noone run Plauge Send (because or 10% sac) for toucher but it's a possibility.

It is a bit inefficient to use an elite shout (or chant) together with a bear to get an effect that a single elite skill can achieve more reliably (unblockable).

I'm not saying Crip Shot won't work, I just suggest another option. Beside because I suggested the skill "Can't Touch This" go with pet/spear. Someone just flame it for using "Can't Touch This" to anti R/N. Then they asked why Pet/Spear. I explained the build and how it works.

Of course Crip Shot is better than Crip Anthem for 1 v 1 or the team that don't have a single snare esp in GvG or TA/RA/AB.

It's not like the build I suggest would not work against R/N. So I don't understand why people blame for something they never use or try before. It's maybe not the best thing but it works specifically against R/N

The problem with your suggestion is that a Toucher can indeed kill you with that bar you suggest, as I pointed out earlier, and defeating a R/N Toucher is the topic of this thread.

p/s : latest skill description says this though :

Spell. Sacrifice 10% maximum Health. Transfer 1...3...3 negative Conditions and their remaining durations from yourself to target foe and all adjacent foes.

Ok, on a more serious side Ranger's are more equipped to handle toucher's then any other class. Unless your build is total fail, losing to a toucher as a ranger is a problem with the player and nothing to do with the build.

Wait till they get up to you ( since most toucher's queue skills ) Dshot, = GG.

Cripple. Degen. Kite. = GG.

Trap, kite, = GG

Kite, spike, = GG

Do anything that displays intelligence as a ranger = GG.

Need the list go more ?

Whatever it's just the matter of how you play! Does not matter of which build you are running! I love it when people say this build fail, that build own when they don't even try it! It's just like earlier someone flame on me for using 12 in Divine but you know what? I hold hall just yesterday 5 times then another 4 times as a monk! Thank you!

This thread is really long lol just about killing touchers o-o.... But yeah all you need to do is snare+degen them, or able to out dps their healing...stance removal ftw
